Barriers that keep many people from growing to become like Christ:

Our thoughts

1. Identify and reject toxic thoughts.
   • Negative thoughts
   • Fearful thoughts
   • Discontented thoughts
   • Critical thoughts
2. We must replace our toxic thoughts with the truth of God’s word. (Philippians 4:8)‬
   • Remove thoughts not from God.
   • Align our thoughts with God’s word.
